Overall, I cannot recommend this item enough. Materials & Quality: The cotton this samue is made of is extremely soft and light, the fabric is cut well, and all of the stitching very neat. The entire garment is double layered and quite opaque. Wear: The fabric is very breathable and good at regulating temperature. I was perfectly comfortable wearing this outside on a sunny 30 degree day and inside on my meditation cushion. 1st wash: I hand washed my samue with hot water and gentle detergent. While there was some dye release during the process, it did not affect the overall colour of the garment. After hanging/laying flat to dry, the fabric is just as soft as when I first put on.
